Ashfords is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Olliff as Legal Director in the firm's Real Estate Team.
Paul primarily acts for asset managers, developers, investors, high net worth individuals, occupiers and banks.
Joining the firm's London office, Paul specialises in advising on asset management, sales and acquisitions, development transactions, leasehold yield projects, and the real estate aspects of property finance.

Paul, who joins Ashfords from Taylor Vinters, also has in-depth experience working on permitted development transactions, dealing with mixed use, office space and vacant sites, as well as providing strategic advice for structuring complicated transactions.
