The Ashfords Corporate Team, led by Partner Louise Workman and Solicitor Kathy Cracknell, assisted the Pennon in house legal team on the utilities group's purchase of Bournemouth Water.
The transaction saw the FTSE 250 Company, Pennon, buy 100 per cent of the issued share capital of Sembcorp Bournemouth Water Investments Limited.
