Unlock your inner entrepreneur and hone your business skills!

Ashfords LLP is proud to be sponsoring the ?50 Challenge for Children's Hospice South West (CHSW), and we invite you to enter a team or teams of up to 10 people to compete against teams in other businesses across the South West to devise innovative and creative ways to raise money from an initial fifty pounds start up investment.

Ashfords is funding the initiative so that rather than you giving money to charity, Children's Hospice South West will give the fifty pounds to you! The Challenge will launch on 29 September 2014 and run for 10 weeks until the beginning of December.

To be successful in this challenge, the contending teams will need to use their initiative and creativity to think of new and?exciting ways to turn the investment into a profit. The challenge aims to be a fun team-building exercise open to people from any level of your organisation.

You can also see how you measure up against other businesses (including your competitors!) as we will be running a league table.

Ashfords has already raised in excess of ?30,000 for Children's Hospice South West since January and with teams across our offices in Bristol, Exeter, Taunton and Tiverton, Ashfords' staff are ready for the challenge.

Supporting the initiative is Dragons' Den investor and successful entrepreneur, Deborah Meaden: "It?s the perfect way to put your team?s entrepreneurial skills to the test whilst also raising money for a fantastic local cause. To be successful in this challenge you?ll have to be innovative and have the confidence to re-invest. Engaging with the community is so important for companies to look outward and do some real good - and you will feel great about the business as a result."

Ashfords' commented: "The ?50 Challenge is a real opportunity to develop business skills, encourage teamwork and foster creative thinking. Ashfords is proud to be the sponsor of this initiative in support of Children?s?Hospice South West."
