Ashfords LLP's Taunton office have chosen to support the charity Taunton Open Door this Christmas in lieu of sending Christmas cards.
Taunton Open Door is a day centre that offers support to the homeless and rough sleepers. They help over 300 people a year who go to the centre for food, showering facilities, laundry services, clothes exchange and to be signposted to other services.
People from Ashfords' Taunton office delivered a number of food items, toiletries and a cheque with a donation from the firm to Taunton Open Door.
Mark Woodcock, Open Door Manager, commented on the firm's support: "This Christmas we have been overwhelmed by the support of a number of Taunton businesses in remembering the most vulnerable in the community. Ashfords' Taunton office have been among those leading the way and their generous and practical gifts will make a big difference in giving homeless men and women a special Christmas and New Year."
