Solicitor
Tamar is a solicitor in the commercial disputes team, where she advises a broad spectrum of clients on a range of matters from pre-action through to trial and enforcement. Her recent caseload has included breach of contract disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, and professional negligence.
Tamar also provides support and advice to clients involved in disputes relating to the public sector, whether that be contractual, relating to public procurement (either during process or post award) or in respect of Judicial Review of public authority decisions and actions. Tamar’s interest in public sector matters stems from her background of working in the public and charity sectors, including two local authorities and the RNLI.
Alongside her legal work, Tamar also holds the position Chair of Future ADVOC – a sub-division of the international referral network ADVOC – for the year 2026. The aim of Future ADVOC is to connect junior lawyers from member firms across Europe in various fields of commercial law, and to promote cross-border referrals at below-partner level. As part of her involvement with ADVOC, Tamar attended the ADVOC European Open Board Meeting in Barcelona.
Prior to joining the commercial disputes team, Tamar gained experience in both the commercial and intellectual property team and the real estate team. She also undertook a client-secondment to the legal team of a well-known UK company where she advised on contractual compliance and remediation.
