Tamar is a solicitor in the commercial disputes team, where she assists on a broad range of matters including breach of contract disputes, defamation and reputation management, and debt recovery.
Tamar advises clients on a broad range of matters from pre-action through to trial and enforcement. Her recent caseload has included breach of contract disputes, defamation and reputation management, and debt recovery work. In addition, Tamar has assisted in various corporate and shareholder disputes.
Prior to joining the commercial disputes team, Tamar gained experience in both the commercial and intellectual property team and the real estate team. She also undertook a client-secondment to the legal team of a well-known UK company where she advised on contractual compliance and remediation. Tamar also has a background of working in the public and charity sectors including two local authorities and the RNLI.
