Biography
Stephanie is a solicitor in the Construction & Infrastructure team. Stephanie advises on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
Stephanie’s dispute resolution experience includes assisting with pre-action correspondence, adjudications, litigation and mediation. Stephanie’s non-contentious experience includes advising on JCT and NEC contracts and associated documentation such as collateral warranties.

- Subcontractor: Assisting with advising on the terms of an NEC3 ECC subcontract relating to flooring works in a multi-floor building.
- Roofing contractor: Advising in connection with a payment disputes relating to extensive renovation works to a residential property.
- Local Authority: Preparing reports on collateral warranties and associated forms of appointment in connection with redevelopment works.
- Housebuilder: Assisting in connection with defending homeowner claims.
