Biography

Sam is a paralegal in the property disputes team, specialising in landlord and tenant disputes.

Sam regularly works with local authorities and housing associations. He has particular experience advising on the Pre-Action Protocol for housing disrepair claims, as well as court proceedings.

Prior to joining Ashfords, Sam worked at a regional law firm in Exeter where he conducted primary client interviews for multiple legal sectors: family, corporate, employment, real estate, commercial disputes.

Sam studied his LLB Law degree at the University of Exeter. During his studies, Sam was General Secretary at the University of Exeter's 93% club.
