Biography

Rianna is an associate in the Real Estate Team, specialising in all aspects of commercial property transactions.

Rianna advises clients on a range of commercial real estate matters including the acquisition, disposal, development, finance and management of investment properties.

Rianna qualified in 2019. Prior to joining Ashfords Rianna worked as both a residential and commercial property solicitor for a Bristol firm.

Relevant experience

Subway Realty Limited: Advising Subway on all stages of leasehold acquisitions throughout the UK, including new developments.
Subway: Advising Subway franchisees in respect of the purchase or sale of existing Subway outlets.
Curtis Banks: Advising one of the UK's top 2 providers of Self Invested Personal Pension Schemes (SIPPS) and Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS) on all aspects of property acquisition management and disposal for their member schemes.
Acting for a children’s homes operator in relation to its property acquisitions and ongoing property management work.
Acting for financial institutions on refinance matters.
Rianna also provides property support to corporate transactions.
