Trainee Solicitor
Phoebe is a trainee solicitor within the employment team based in Exeter assisting the team with a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Before joining the employment team, Phoebe completed the first six months of her training contract within the banking and finance team where she assisted on non-contentious banking and finance transactions including acting for lenders providing loans to a range of companies and individuals. Phoebe also assisted the restructuring and insolvency team with both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. Her second seat was in the property disputes team, assisting the team with contentious housing disrepair matters.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Phoebe studied Law at the University of Leeds and worked in a variety of roles within local government.
