Mark is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Team specialising in commercial property transactions.
Mark advises institutional property investors, occupiers, developers and financial institutions on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, property management and secured lending.

- Care Home Operators: advising on a number of property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial Investors: dealing with the acquisition of commercial properties and subsequent estate management
- Financial institutions: advising on the refinancing of several healthcare sites
- Housing Association: acting on the disposal of a large portfolio of properties
- Property Investment Companies: dealing with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, financing and portfolio management including the grant and renewal of leasehold interests
