Biography

Mark is a managing associate in the real estate team specialising in commercial property transactions.

Mark advises institutional property investors, occupiers, developers and financial institutions on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, property management and secured lending. 

Relevant experience

  • Care Home Operators: advising on a number of property acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial Investors: dealing with the acquisition of commercial properties and subsequent estate management
  • Financial institutions: advising on the refinancing of several healthcare sites
  • Housing Association: acting on the disposal of a large portfolio of properties
  • Property Investment Companies: dealing with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, financing and portfolio management including the grant and renewal of leasehold interests
