Biography
Lucy is a Paralegal in Plot Sales, within the Real Estate Team.
Lucy joined the team in 2021 and assists with the sales of plots for both national and regional housing developers and housing associations. Lucy deals with plot sales from initial instruction through to completion.
Before joining Ashfords, Lucy worked as a Trainee Conveyancer for a National House Builder.

- Various clients: Advising on a range of plot purchases, i.e. freehold, leasehold and coach house properties.
- Various clients: Advising on the purchase and sale of a variety of second home properties.
