Biography
John is a solicitor in the Family & Divorce team.
John advises clients across a wide variety of family law matters, including divorce and financial remedy cases, as well as private children law.
Prior to joining Ashfords, John worked and qualified at a regional law firm where he also worked as part of the Family team.
Relevant experience
- Various Clients: Assisting partners with financial remedy proceedings involving high net worth clients. Advising clients both inside and outside of court proceedings. These cases often include businesses, inherited wealth, international elements and complex pension arrangements.
- Various Clients: Advising clients on private law children law matters and making successful applications for injunctive relief.
