Solicitor
Jessica is a Solicitor in the Employment team.
Jessica acts for both businesses and individuals involved in employment tribunal litigation, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. Jessica also assists with negotiating settlement agreements on behalf of clients and drafting employment documents.
Jessica started working at Ashfords in January 2020 and spent over two years as a paralegal in the firm’s Employment team before commencing her training contract. As part of her training contract Jessica undertook seats in the Real Estate and Commercial Disputes teams.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Jessica studied LLB Law at Durham University and the LPC LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Bristol.
