Isobel is a Trainee Solicitor in the Family Team.
Isobel assists the team with a variety of family law matters including divorce and financial remedy upon divorce, cohabitation and private law children matters (Schedule 1 claims and section 8 orders).
Prior to joining Ashfords, Isobel studied Law with International Study at the University of Exeter and completed her LPC at the University of Law in Bristol. As part of her degree Isobel spent one year at the University of Wollongong in Australia.
Isobel is the Charity Representative for the Law Society Devon and Somerset Junior Lawyers' Division.
- Various clients: Assisting the Lead Partner in financial remedy proceedings concerning high net worth individuals with businesses, pensions, inherited wealth and complicated financial arrangements.
- Various private clients: Assisting fee earners in divorce and financial remedy cases by drafting separation agreements and consent orders.
- Various private clients: Assisting fee earners in private children law matters, including where a child should live and how much time they should spend with the other parent.
