Trainee Solicitor
Harriet is a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate team in the Bristol office. She assists with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, private equity investments and company reorganisations.
Harriet completed her first seat at Ashfords in the Real Estate team, where she assisted in a variety of matters including commercial property, SIPP and SSAS, and social housing.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Harriet studied BA English at the University of Birmingham. She completed her MA in Law and LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Bristol.
