Trainee Solicitor
Harriet is a trainee solicitor in the property disputes team in the Bristol office. She assists with a variety of contentious matters, including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, real property disputes, and housing disrepair matters.
Harriet completed her first seat at Ashfords in the real estate team, where she assisted in a variety of matters including commercial property, SIPP and SSAS, and social housing.
Harriet’s second seat was in the corporate team, where she assisted with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, private equity investments and company reorganisations.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Harriet studied BA English at the University of Birmingham. She completed her MA in Law and LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Bristol.
