Trainee Solicitor
Hannah is a Trainee Solicitor in the Constructure and Infrastructure team.
Hannah assists the team in advising a variety of client in both contentious and non-contentious matters such as advising on collateral warranties, the Building Safety act and the Defective Premises act.
This is Hannah’s second seat. Hannah spent 6 months in the Planning team. During her time in the Planning Hannah supported the team on a variety of transactions including s.106’s, deeds of variations and deeds of discharge, as well as assisting on matters for judicial review.
Hannah studied Law at the University of Chester, obtaining a first-class degree and Valedictorian. She then went onto achieve a distinction in the LPC from the University of Law Exeter campus before beginning her training contract in 2023.
