Trainee Solicitor
Emma is a trainee solicitor in the trusts & estates team.
Emma's previous seat was in the real estate team, where she assisted with development land matters in the residential development sector.
Emma completed her first seat in the corporate and corporate tax team where she assisted with mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds and corporate and commercial tax matters.
Emma’s second seat was in the property disputes team. Emma assisted the team with a range of contentious matters, including housing disrepair claims and dilapidations.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Emma worked for a national law firm in the private client team and has experience drafting wills and lasting power of attorney documents. Additionally, Emma has experience with the estate administration process and Court of Protection matters.
Emma obtained a LLB (Hons) Law degree at the University of Bristol and graduated in 2020. Emma then went on to complete the LPC with a MSc in Law, Business and Management with the University of Law in 2021.
