Daniel Ball

Biography

Daniel is an associate in the Social and Affordable Housing Team, dealing with acquisitions, disposals, CLT Schemes and associated work.

Daniel regularly works with registered providers, charitable organisations and property developers. He has particular experience on CLT Schemes as well as standard acquisitions for housing charities.

Daniel joined Ashfords in 2022 in order to specialise in Social and Affordable Housing.

Relevant experience

Advising on large, bulk affordable housing deals for a major registered providers.
Advising on small to medium affordable schemes for social housing and charitable organisations.
Dealing with associated infrastructure documentation on affordable schemes.
Advising on a CLT Scheme involving an Option Agreement, Lease to an RP, Transfer of the Freehold to the CLT along with a Deed of Release and arranging the relevant utility easements.
