Well that's certainly one way of doing it...
UK copyright law is far from settled when it comes to ownership of AI generated copyright (if such a thing exists), or whether it's possible to torpedo new works on the basis of it.
It would be quite the surprise for the courts or parliament to allow the law to scupper itself.
