Ashfords LLP is advising Camoren Holdings Ltd, a company incorporated in Gibraltar, on the £1.4 billion Blue Water Eastside Project, representing the largest outside investment for Gibraltar.
The Blue Water Gibraltar development will transform the east side of the Rock with a marina exclusively for super yachts and a resort to include a five-star hotel, 500+ luxury apartments, branded luxury suites and 1,000+ joint ownership homes for Gibraltar residents, together with commercial units, a supermarket, shopping mall, cafes and restaurants.
Camoren Holdings are in advanced negotiations for the funding of the scheme and Ken has been working on the Framework Agreement together with Ashfords' Mark Manning and Rebecca Dury plus others in the firm.
Ken Smith, Real Estate Partner at Ashfords LLP, commented:
"The Blue Water Gibraltar Super Yacht Marina Development is a great initiative to be a part of and we are delighted to be assisting on this venture. We are looking forward to seeing the development of the high-end luxury marina and assisting in making the project a success."
The project will be a low-energy development, emphasising HMGOG's commitment to the environment and sustainable growth.
