Professional Support Lawyer
Hetty is a Professional Support Lawyer in the Public Sector & Local Government team.
Hetty provides support both internally to Ashfords’ Public Sector Team, as well as externally to public sector clients, by identifying potential new legal issues, and providing knowledge updates and training.
Hetty qualified as a planning solicitor in 2012, and for over 10 years advised clients on planning and highway matters, including compulsory purchase, regeneration, housing and mixed use developments, infrastructure and energy. Hetty’s experience means she understands the challenge of navigating complex issues in an ever evolving policy and legal landscape, and the importance of keeping up to date with the latest changes to ensure clients receive the best strategic advice.
