Stuart is a Trainee Solicitor in the Real Estate Team specialising in planning.
Stuart assists the team with all aspects of planning work, including Section 106 Agreements, Planning Applications, Enforcement and advice in relation to Community Infrastructure Levy.
Prior to joining the Planning Team, Stuart gained experience in both the Corporate and Construction departments, as well as having over three years of experience as a Paralegal in the Property Litigation Team at Ashfords.
Stuart is actively involved in the firm's commitment to CSR.
- Local authority: Assisting with the drafting and preparing of Section 106 Agreements and an associated Deed of Variation.
- Private client: Assisting with the obtaining of a Certificate of Lawfulness in respect of continued use of land.
- Private client: Assisting in the providing of advice in relation to defending enforcement proceedings for a breach of a planning condition.
