Stephen is a Trainee Solicitor in the Business Risk and Regulation Team.
He assists with a broad range of the department's work including both prosecution and defence matters.
Prior to joining the Business Risk and Regulation Team, Stephen gained experience in the Commercial Property, Construction and Trusts and Estates departments.
- Private individual: Assisted with and advised on the process for amending a client's arrest record as a result of the police taking no further action with one allegation, and the client being found "not guilty" at the Magistrate's Court for the remaining charge.
- Private individual: Advising on the potential defences, special reasons and mitigation available for a client following their arrest and charge by the Police for drink driving.
- Local authority: Assisting with a prosecution in a Blue Badge Fraud case.
