Nadia is a Solicitor in the Commercial Team. Nadia advises on commercial/ IT contracts and data protection matters.
Nadia joined Ashfords in September 2015 and gained experience in the Commercial, Employment and Projects Departments before qualifying into the Commercial Team.
Prior to this she spent two years working in the legal department at a large telecommunications company advising on various legal aspects of a project relating to Next Generation Access broadband.
- Public sector client: Advising a large public sector body on a range of agreements, including software licences, master services agreements and deeds of variation.
- Payment service provider: Advising the client on various agreements, including licensing, agency, referral and non-disclosure agreements.
- Public companies: Drafting a collaboration agreement between two public companies to provide joined-up ICT services.
- Various clients: Providing advice to clients in relation to data protection compliance generally, including responding to data subject access requests and the impending General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) specifically.
