Solicitor
Ruby is a Solicitor in the Commercial Disputes team, assisting on a wide range of matters including Debt Recovery, contractual disputes, Defamation and Partnership Disputes.
Ruby regularly works with a variety of companies on their debt recovery processes, running matters from pre-action demands to enforcing judgments.
Prior to joining Ashfords Ruby studied Law at the University of Reading before completing the LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Bristol. Ruby also spent a number of years working in the Clinical Negligence team at a national law firm.
