- Local authority: Acting for the authority negotiating and finalising Agreements for Lease and Leases relating to office space within a new public services hub development. Implementing a creative vision for maximising the use of local authority offices whilst adopting a partnership approach for leading public service providers.
- National housebuilders/developers: Advising on the acquisition of land from residential national housebuilders/developers for affordable rent, shared ownership and open market plots for registered providers.
- Local Enterprise Partnership ("LEP"): Acting for a LEP in connection with funding for remediation and provision of infrastructure on a mixed housing/commercial development in Somerset. Funding in excess of £2 million.
