Nadja Pike



Nadja is a Solicitor in the Real Estate Team.

Nadja advises clients on all stages of commercial property transactions. She assists in initial due diligence searches and reports as well as drafting legal documents. Nadja also advises residential developer on infrastructure agreements. This includes drafting, negotiating and providing reports on legal documents for residential developments.

Prior to joining Ashfords Nadja trained at large regional firm completing seats in Real Estate, Construction, Property Litigation and Insolvency.

Relevant experience

  • Housebuilder: Supporting various large housebuilders on drafting and negotiating infrastructure agreements, transfers and deeds on both sole developer and consortium sites.
  • Social housing provider: Assisting on lease reviews of over 800 leasehold properties for a large regional social housing provider, which required investigating large quantities of title documents, ascertaining the extent of each leasehold title using Land Registry resources, reviewing large quantity of leases and reporting on specific maintenance obligations through a data room facility.
  • Curtis Banks: Advising one of the UK's top 2 providers of Self Invested Personal Pension Schemes (SIPPS) and Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS) on all aspects of property acquisition management and disposal for their member schemes
