Professional Support Lawyer
Holly is a Professional Support Lawyer in the Corporate team.
Holly supports the Corporate team with knowledge management, current awareness, precedent documents, legal research and business development, whilst also managing the team’s internal and external training.
Holly is also a member of the firm’s Healthcare and Life Sciences sector focus group, supports fee earners with tech-focused knowledge solutions and prepares various bulletins, such as the quarterly Business Bulletin and fortnightly Energy Bulletin.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Holly began her career at a leading City law firm as a paralegal and following her training contract in the South West spent three years working on venture capital transactions, shareholder arrangements and national and international mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on real estate corporate wrappers.
