Henry Roberts



Henry is a Solicitor in the Property Litigation Team.

Henry advises on all aspects of property litigation matters, including both leasehold and freehold disputes.

Henry undertook his Training Contract at Ashfords, completing seats in Real Estate, Commercial and Property Litigation.

Henry studied Law at Cardiff University before joining Ashfords as a Paralegal in 2016.  After being offered a Training Contract with Ashfords, Henry left the firm in 2017 to undertake his LPC LLM at the University of Law in Exeter before rejoining the firm as a Training Solicitor in 2018.

Henry qualified as a Solicitor in March 2020.

  • Private clients/companies: Advising private individuals and companies in obtaining various orders against tortfeasors.
  • Private clients: Acting for both tenants and landlords in relief from forfeiture proceedings.
  • Private clients/companies: Advising private clients and companies in relation to various right of way and boundary disputes.
  • Private clients: Advising private clients in relation to neighbour disputes concerning nuisance and breach of covenants.
