- Private client: Advising on a complex purchase of a flat which had a defective lease with a missing plan, absent beneficiary and was unregistered (to name very few of the issues) having to balance the client's wish to purchase the property very quickly, with resolving all of the issues that needed to be dealt with before exchange and completion.
- Private clients: Advising clients on the sale and purchase of a property where one party is severely physically disabled, and therefore having to meet with them in order to establish that she fully understood the transactions and was willing to proceed.
- Private clients: Advising the clients and Handelsbanken as to a mortgage which was being taken out to assist with the construction of a new-build property, which involved dealing with a large number of queries from the Bank. This involved balancing the requirements of the client to complete the transaction as soon as possible in order that they could complete their build with the requirements of the Bank to ensure that their interest was fully protected.
- Private clients: Dealing with a number of Shared Ownership properties on a development in Cornwall.
