Charlotte is a Solicitor in the Commercial Team and Technology Sector.

Charlotte advises clients on commercial IT contracts and data protection issues for private sector and public sector clients. Charlotte has a particular interest in advising on IT outsourcing agreements, SaaS agreements and data protection matters including privacy policies and data protection impact assessments.

  • Energy application provider: Drafting a privacy notice and cookies notice for the client’s application and website, taking into account recent guidance from the Information Commissioner on the application of cookies.
  • Online marketplace for classic cars: Advising a client on their website and user terms and conditions, privacy policy and cookies notice.
  • USA early talent platform: Advising a USA company on its English terms and conditions and data processing agreement.
