- Altus (business systems and consultancy provider): Providing support on a range of contracts for an established business systems and consultancy provider focusing on the financial services industry, drafting and negotiating Master Services Agreements with leading financial services companies across the UK and mainland Europe.
- Advising leading classic car online auction platform Collecting Cars on market launch and scaling. Assisting on all aspects of the online platform including terms and conditions of use and data protection, as well as international launches in Australia and other major territories.
- Advising Equipsme, a business health insurance provider, on its launch in 2018 including advice on a range of partnering agreements with health and wellbeing service providers.
- Ryder Cup: Advising the client in the negotiation of the venue agreement with Gleneagles Hotel and arrangements with the Scottish Government for the staging of the 2014 Ryder Cup matches.
