National law firm Ashfords is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Braithwaite as Head of the Commercial Team.
Andy joins the firm's Bristol office, having previously worked at Thrings LLP and Osborne Clarke. His appointment at Ashfords reinforces the firm's commercial and technology teams, providing in-depth expertise in a wide range of IT transactions and technology issues.

Andy is ranked and acknowledged as a leading individual in the technology field by both the Legal 500 and Chambers. With over 30 years' experience, he advises clients in areas such as development and service agreements, sales and customer acquisition, including customer contracts, trading terms and service level agreements.
