August will see the return to Exmouth for the third successive year of Surf Life Saving GB National Surf Championships hosted by Exmouth Beach Rescue Club starting with competition for the over 30 age group on the 6th and 7th, the up to age 18 will be held on the 9th and 10th concluding with the Nippers Surf Championship age 7 to 13 on the 12th and 13th. Over 1,100 competitors are expected for the 6 days of competition.

Supported by South West Water, the Nippers Surf Championship will be the largest group with top South West clubs contesting the overall team award.
