Land Registry Tender win for Ashfords

Following a successful tender process, Ashfords has been appointed as a provider of legal services to the corporate procurement team at Land Registry. This team is responsible for all the major procurements within Land Registry, principally in respect of ICT procurement and FM-type arrangements using NEC3.

The appointment will last for three years and the firm has received initial instructions in respect of the first piece of work.

The win follows a number of other central Government appointments for Ashfords under the Crown Commercial Services Legal Services Framework RM919.The Crown Commercial Service acts on behalf of the Crown to drive savings for the taxpayer through an integrated commercial and procurement service for the public sector. Its vision is to deliver value for the nation through outstanding commercial capability and quality customer service.

The tender process was led by a Commercial Partner on behalf of the Public Sector Team.
