Rory Mac Neicehas actedfor Kevin McNab in an anti-doping hearing before the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Switzerland based Federation Equestre Internationale following a positive test taken from his horse Clifton Pinot at the 2013 Land Rover Burghley International Horse Trials.
Subsequent to the hearing an application was submitted to the Tribunal that Mr McNab's provisional suspension be lifted. This application has been successful and the provisional suspension has now been lifted meaning that Mr McNab is free to compete.
The Tribunal will hand down its final decision in due course. Consequently, Kevin McNab is currently competing in Luhmuhlen, Germany, this week in an attempt to gain selection into the Australian team for the World Championships due to take place this summer in Normandy, France.
