Swallowfield plc expand on male grooming range with £2.7m acquisition, advised by Ashfords LLP

South West-based beauty products and cosmetic manufacturing company, Swallowfield plc, has successfully snapped up a Soho-based male grooming brand, Fish, in a £2.7m deal.

Founded in London, Fish currently sells its range of male grooming products through Boots, Superdrug, Tesco and Waitrose. The upcoming brand will now sit alongside Swallowfield plc's renowned male grooming brands including MR, The Real Shaving Company, and Tru.

National law firm Ashfords advised Swallowfield plc on its acquisition, which will further bolster their growth and positioning as a leader in the beauty and cosmetic manufacturing industry.
