National Law Firm Ashfords Welcomes New Corporate Tax Partner

National provider of legal, regulatory and professional services, Ashfords, is delighted to announce the appointment of Nicola Manclark as Partner in the firm's expert Corporate Team.

Based in the firm's Bristol office, Nicola joins Ashfords' Corporate Tax Team having previously trained and worked at Burges Salmon. Nicola's practice encompasses advising on all aspects of corporate and commercial tax, including in connection with mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, finance and banking, real estate transactions, cross border and employment taxes.

Nicola has experience in acting for and advising management and vendors in buyouts, advising banking clients on international cash pooling arrangements and acting for funds on real estate acquisitions including providing advice on transfers of capital allowances, VAT and SDLT.
