National law firm Ashfords instructed as Solicitor Managers on major law firm administrations

Ashfords LLP has been appointed as Solicitor Managers on the administration of Burroughs Day LLP on 16 January 2018. Within the last 5 months alone, Ashfords' leading regulatory practice have been instructed as Solicitor Managers on the administration of Gregsons Solicitors Limited, Sovereign Solicitors Limited, Almonds Limited and LA Law Limited.

The specialist Regulatory Team at Ashfords, led by Partner Sam Palmer, provide regulatory reassurance and business structure planning to professional services firms and their clients. The team are also regularly appointed by Administrators of professional services firms to take the Solicitor Manager appointments to ensure that clients' interests are always protected.
