Ashfords LLP lawyers nominated for Legal 500's Hall of Fame

Leading law firm Ashfords LLP is delighted to have lawyers nominated for a major industry accolade. Ashfords partners Andy Braithwaite and David Pomeroy have successfully been nominated as two of “Legal 500's Hall of Fame” lawyers. Their names will be added to their dedicated UK Hall of Fame Lawyers page, due to launch later this month.

Andy is a Partner in Ashfords' Commercial Team, he is a commercial lawyer with over 30 years’ experience advising technology businesses, including software and apps vendors, semiconductor designers, e-commerce platforms and other IP rich businesses on licensing, development and services agreements. Andy is acknowledged as a leading individual in the technology field by both the Legal 500 and the Chambers Guide. Legal 500 (2015) refer to Andy as having "lots of practical experience in setting up commercial arrangements to exploit IP".

David is a Partner and Head of Ashfords' Restructuring and Insolvency Team, he advises on contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency. David is already recognised in the Legal 500 as a "Leader in his field" and is described as "very knowledgeable".

The Legal 500 Hall of Fame highlights individuals who have received praise over the past decade for continued excellence, highlighting lawyers who are at the pinnacle of the profession. The roll out of the Hall of Fame continues throughout 2018, and currently, they have recognised lawyers from the United States, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
