Ashfords LLP expands Private Client Team in Bristol

Law firm Ashfords LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of Samantha Newton as a Senior Associate in the firm's Family Team, in its Bristol office. Previously at Thrings, Samantha’s appointment bolsters the firm's private client offering.

Described as an ‘exceptional lawyer’ and ‘first-class solicitor’, Samantha provides expert advice on all areas of family law, specialising in divorce, dissolution and separation, and related financial and children matters. She also has extensive experience providing relationship planning advice including the preparation of nuptial and cohabitation agreements, dealing with wider family disputes, disputes involving unmarried cohabiting couples, injunctive relief and protection. Also a Collaborative family lawyer and member of Resolution, Samantha encourages separating couples to find family focussed solutions together in an amicable and joined up way.

Samantha brings with her a wealth of experience, including dealing with cases involving complex asset and property portfolios. She is passionate about supporting clients resolve their disputes out of court, in the most cost-effective way. Not only does she bring with her a strong legal mind, she is also caring and supportive and helps her clients navigate their difficult issues.
