Ashfords LLP boosts Property Litigation offering with new key hire

National provider of legal and professional services, Ashfords LLP, is delighted to announce the appointment of James Hemsley who joins the firm's Plymouth office as a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation Team.

James' appointment to the firm strengthens Ashfords' real estate offering, and provides further expertise in advising multi-national companies, banks, Law of Property Act receivers, administrators, liquidators, trustees in bankruptcy and individuals on a wide range of contentious property and property insolvency matters.

Joining from Bond Dickinson, James brings with him extensive experience of advising on landlord and tenant issues including Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 claims, rent guarantees and dilapidations.
