Ashfords LLP advise Form3 on $13 million Draper Esprit investment

Ashfords LLP has advised Form3 on its recent $13 million Series B investment by Draper Esprit, with participation from existing investors including Barclays and Angel CoFund.

Form3 provides cloud-based connectivity, payment processing, clearing and settlement services. Its clients include a wide range of regulated financial institutions, including leading banks, non-bank financial institutions and fintechs.
