Expert Commercial Litigator Joins National Law Firm Ashfords as Partner

National provider of legal, regulatory and professional services, Ashfords has appointed a new Partner to the firm's Commercial Litigation Team.

James Crighton joins Ashfords' London office, having previously work at City law firm, Rollingsons, as Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

With a wealth of litigation experience, James has acted for a wide range of clients in all types of contentious work. He specialises in high-value and complex work including FCA Regulatory, but advises in general commercial matters including contractual claims, debt recovery, company and partnership disputes, civil fraud, intellectual property, insolvency and asset recovery.

Ashfords' Commercial Litigation Team is recognised for their expert understanding, depth of resources and practical commercial approach. The team encompasses a range of different expertise, including banking and finance, aviation, franchising and technology.
