We are pleased to announce that due to the Firm's continued growth and expansion, we will be offering additional places for the 2014 trainee intake.

Partner Charles Pallot, who has been involved in the Trainee selection process for over twenty years, says: "We are an ambitious firm with great plans for the future. We have grown so quickly because we have not been afraid to explore new markets and develop innovative ways of working. We are looking for Trainees who share these ambitions and have the same drive."

"We pride ourselves on the fact that several former Trainees are now Partners, and hold senior management positions at the Firm. We have always recruited Trainees with a view to them developing their long-term careers with us."

Our Training Contracts give applicants a chance to work alongside Partners and Lawyers who are recognised as leaders in their field at our firm which, for the third successive year, has been voted by students and graduates as a Guardian UK 300 employer.

Ashfords has always focused on its people, and are looking for individuals who have ambition, are commercially aware and who are never afraid to put forward innovative ideas. Applicants should be excellent communicators, who are adaptable and ready to accept the variety of challenges that a career in law can throw at them.

One of our current trainee's, Sophia Walsh says: "The working environment at Ashfords is friendly and dynamic, whilst providing an excellent balance of both support and responsibility. From my first week as a Trainee, I have been involved with some really interesting and high-value matters, and have been provided with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience dealing directly with clients. This has been both challenging and rewarding, allowing me to obtain invaluable experience for my future career."

Applicants wishing to apply for these places will need to do so by Monday 30th June.

Applications should be made online via our website here.
