Ashfords Partner Annabel Holyoak led the team advising Pipex px® throughout the process of purchasing an additional 4500 sq ft of manufacturing space which is adjacent to its head quarters at the Devon Enterprise Facility in Roborough, Plymouth.
The transaction also included the freeholds for all the existing onsite Pipex px® factories, yards, roadways and frontage areas that connect the Pipex units. The significant remodelling will allow for a 13,500 sq ft advanced manufacturing facility which will be the Resin Infusion Centre of Excellence (R.I.C.E) building, which Pipex aims to be completed by the close of Summer 2015.
R.I.C.E will enable Pipex px® to provide an even greater range of bespoke structural solutions for their clients in-house with the ability to adapt to changes in manufacturing requirements with improved efficiency and speed.
