The team deals with over 1500 plot sales per year across private and affordable housing.

The team deals with plot sales from initial instruction to completion as well as advising on site set up including incorporation of management companies. The team’s expertise extends to equity sharing schemes, staircasing, part-exchange transactions, shared ownership sales and discounted market sales.

We understand the need to work efficiently and will regularly liaise with your sales team to meet targets. We produce a comprehensive “general information sheet” which deals with the issues likely to be required to satisfy buyers’ solicitors or to be raised by buyers’ solicitors based on the requirement of CML (UK Finance). Contract documents and title information is sent and accessed electronically for speed. We report regularly to our clients on progress, with reporting mechanisms being tailored to meet specific client’s internal requirements.
