To ensure that clients' needs and the service that we provide is at the forefront of everything that we do, Ashfords has a dedicated Client Partner reinforcing the importance that the firm places on delivering the best service possible to our clients.

Louise Workman's appointment as Client Partner ensures that Ashfords continues to strengthen our client focus and provide a service that anticipates and adapts to our clients' needs, maximising opportunities for them.

We discuss openly with our clients the ways in which we are working together, including areas where we can adapt, to ensure that they receive the most efficient, cost-effective and professional service and our approach to cost management and reporting delivers certainty, transparency and value. 

Each client from the outset has a single Client Partner, who is responsible for maintaining an overview of all matters that we are working on for that client and carrying out regular reviews to address any areas which could be improved. Other partners and lawyers will almost certainly be involved on matters from time to time and provide full details of all key contacts, giving clients maximum access to the relevant individuals. 

Our infrastructure means that we are ideally placed to assist our clients. All our lawyers can access a client's matters, irrespective of wherever they are in the world, and our online extranet system provides immediate access to matters and all applicable documentation, should our clients wish to use this service.

Above all, our focus is on getting our clients the results they want and delivering the service they deserve and expect.
