Our priorities go beyond business and we believe passionately that our firm can be a force for good in the communities in which we work.
We make sure our business behaviour encourages the growth and development of our communities and that we act responsibly towards the environment.
Our employees lead our corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, which we call “Beyond Business – Community Matters”. It relates to three types of community:
THE GREEN COMMUNITY
We take our responsibility to the environment seriously. Activities include planting trees, reducing waste and using local suppliers where possible. We also have our own beehive - protecting bees, producing honey and giving staff the chance to learn new skills in the process.
THE ASHFORDS COMMUNITY
We want to provide a positive and rewarding working environment for all employees. We do this through initiatives including arranging discounts at local businesses, allowing our people to buy up to five days’ holiday each year, our wellbeing programme and introducing a cycle scheme offering subsidised bikes.
OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY
We actively contribute to our local communities and in 2018 we established The Ashfords Foundation, a grant making charity which aims to make a real difference in the communities in which we live and work.

Pleased to be sponsoring the Team Mi-space on our pedal pilgrimage to Amsterdam in aid of Prostate Cancer. They will be leaving London in June 2018 on the epic journey. To date they have raised £13k.
