FROM M5 Junction 27: Leave the motorway and proceed 5 miles to Tiverton along the dual carriageway and take the first exit signposted Tiverton B3391. Following signs to the Town Centre until third roundabout (multi-storey roundabout). Turn right and proceed to the roundabout and turn left into the pedestrian precinct of Phoenix Lane, passing the bus station on your left. The entrance to Gotham House car park will be found immediately on the left in Phoenix Lane next to the Tourist Information Centre.

FROM Exeter on A396: On entering Tiverton at the second of two roundabouts take the third exit following the signs marked Town Centre P, across the new bridge over the Exe, and at next roundabout (multi-storey roundabout) following Town Centre P (first exit) then refer to previous directions from multi-storey roundabout.

Disabled Access: Disabled parking is at the front of the building, to access continue past the main car park entrance up the pedestrianised zone and turn left at the top.
